Polar Camp was a little messier this year with little snow on the ground, but the boys certainly didn't seem to mind. View some snapshots from the day, and send your own in to the Pack in order to be part of the slideshow!

Several dozen Raingutter Regatta photos are now available on theScout Pictures page. If you have more you'd like to share, talk to your Den leader about how to e-mail them to the Pack web site - all photos welcome!

• Current Webelos 2's (5th graders) should not make a reservation.
• Current Webelos 1's (4th graders) should not make a reservation for Camp Akela and should plan on attending Navaho Camp instead
• Current Bears (3rd graders) should consider signing up for the Webelos Outpost in addition to Camp Akela
• Current Tigers and Wolves (1st and 2nd graders) can sign up for Camp Aekla but do not sign up for Webelos Outpost.
• Current Lions (K's) will be allowed to sign up for Camp Akela, but must sign a new Cub Scout application prior to camp. Lions do not sign up for Webelos Outpost

Scouts will race their boat against other scouts within their dens with one trophy awarded per den for fastest boat.  There will also be an award for best in show in the entire pack.  Just to prep our first time racers, we have small trophies that we award only to the winning boats/scouts.  We will begin the races with the youngest dens and work our way to the oldest dens.  We will keep things moving along and I am hoping all races and awards will be complete by 8:30.

TWO VERY IMPORTANT NOTICES:

1)  CUB CAFE IS BACK!!!  At the regatta, we will have food (pizza and snacks) and beverages available for you and your family.  Everything is very reasonably priced so please bring your change and small bills ($1,5,10).  Think of it as "dinner and a show."

2)  Friends of Scouting. We will also be collecting Friends of Scouting donations for those who missed the presentation at the Halloween Pack Night or forgot to turn in your form.  Please consider making a donation to support scouting in our area

The December 1st Pack Meeting is our annual Raingutter Regatta.  We will be in the RUMC gym (which is the right behind the room where we normally meet).  The meeting and racing will begin at 7 p.m. BUT boat registration begins at 6:00 p.m!
